At asabell we know the value of making business fun, so when British Gas Business wanted to get a lot of information across to their people in a short space of time, we got thinking.

Our light bulb moment - an info-swap between BGB staff and the specialist energy companies partnering with BGB to become green experts was ideally suited to a mastermind quiz format; fun, but in a framework that focused attention on absorbing information.

The dimmed lights and against-the-clock format riveted an audience of 150, really bringing home a sense of what the specialist energy companies brought to BGB. We followed this up with break-out sessions designed to keep energy levels high, promote networking and give everyone a chance to agree on questions for the closing ‘ask the director’ Q&A session.

Beep, beep, beep. I’ve started, so I’ll finish...

A dramatic setting, cake all round to celebrate reaching an internal milestone, a strong dose of fun and – of course – strong content meant all 150 participants finished the day as energy masterminds.
