all change

We’re all used to change — structures, job roles, strategic direction — it’s part of our working life. But we’re proud that our close relationship with OneDesk Marketing in BT Global Services is as strong as ever. No change there.

We’ve been busy supporting OneDesk Marketing with their campaign plans for the new financial year, starting with benchmarking user opinions of the support OneDesk Marketing (and us) provide. We ran a survey to find out the best ways OneDesk Marketing can support the desk in their selling, and our survey says... the format and content of the crib and cheat sheets we produce are really hitting the spot.

But we believe there’s always a way to do things better, so we’ve created fresh collateral branding to make their sales support material stand out even more on a crowded desk. We’ve worked closely with the OneDesk Marketing team to coordinate and write copy that’s easy to understand and gives the desk teams the information they need to get the most out of their conversations with customers.

“A massive THANK YOU! for getting these done and back to us so quickly. It made everything go very smoothly and they were very professional in their design. You are a pleasure to work with...”

and we have contact…

You’ve got a great product that you know will help your customers (and won’t do your sales any harm either) – if you could just get some face-to-face time with them to show them what it can do…

BT Global Services wanted to show their customers how and why more and more private and public sector organisations are moving to Next Generation Contact Centres. They wanted an event with live demonstrations and one-to-one discussions with BT specialists, and turned to us to help get those customers there.

We knew getting the attention of these decision-makers was a tough ask, let alone getting them to take time out of the office. So we designed a series of emails sent at key points running up to the event telling the full Next Generation Contact Centre story. Together, the emails made a compelling case for finding out more about what BT could offer and linked through to a bespoke microsite and registration page.

The punchy messages paid off and the registrations flowed in. We backed this up with calling to get more registrations and to build commitment to attend on the day by checking delegates had all the information they needed.
It all came together on the day and BT clients were delighted with the numbers coming along and customer response to their offering.

“The success of the NGCC event on 3rd Feb was clearly down to the planning and execution of the overall campaign. Customers were constantly kept informed and I'm sure this contributed to the high number of attendees; definitely a great example of best practice. Thanks for all your help!”

write on

We’re delighted to say we are now fully certified to write for BT. We’ve been through an exacting process of submitting samples of our work and responding to test briefs, and have joined the official BT copywriting roster.

With an ‘in for a penny, in for a pound’ attitude we applied for certification in all categories of writing. We’re pleased as punch to be one of only six agencies BT has chosen to write for them in all areas.

We look forward to continuing to help our BT clients communicate clearly in a friendly and approachable way. Yay us!
