BT IT Services wanted to bring colleagues from the IT services community and sales channels together to hear about the IT services vision and how to widen opportunities with their customers.
Using the impressive BT Tower as a venue, asabell took control of the logistics for the event managing everything from writing and sending invitations through to how many sandwiches there should be for a speaker rehearsal lunch.
Faced with an oversubscription problem, we made the decision to call all delegates personally to confirm places. We also made arrangements with the BT Tower to set-up an overflow room where the presentations could be viewed on a large plasma screen, to ensure that as many people as possible could benefit from the event.
Our friendly team welcomed over 100 BT staff to the BT Tower, gathered feedback including audio vox-pops, and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day. 96% of delegates found this to be a valuable event and it is likely to become an annual occasion in the calendars of BT IT Services and asabell. The event was well-designed, cost-effective and met the marketing objectives.
