Over the years we’ve been delivering award-winning campaigns for BT Global Services; we’re delighted word has spread, and as a result we’re now working with BT Business. Our strong relationship and track record with BT plays a large part in our ongoing success, so we thought we’d celebrate this success with you. Have a look at what we’ve been doing for BT lately.

where it all began
Our partnership with BT began in Global Services helping salespeople have regular business-led conversations with customers. Having a clear reason to call and knowing how the latest products will benefit customers really makes a difference and this campaign approach helps increase revenues by 50%. We use methods such as ‘speed networking’ workshops that allow salespeople to talk exclusively to a specialist to up-skill the sales teams. We’re delighted that seven out of eight sales people prefer the new way of doing things and are enjoying spreading this way of working wider within BT.

speaking loud and clear
BT need their sales force to communicate clearly with their customers and this can be a challenge when you’re talking about things such as broadband and bandwidth. They need to create clear sales briefings to overcome this challenge and that’s where we come in.

We make sure the sales force understand the reasons for a campaign by distilling the reasoning and messaging into two sides of A4, giving them everything they need to carry out the campaign with confidence.

starting that all-important conversation
You only get one chance to make a first impression so that’s why we’re helping BT sales teams with their conversation starters. We’ve created an email that gives customers a taste of the benefits available, which can be easily followed up with a call by the sales team. This, teamed with a handy cheat sheet, ensures that the sales team start the conversation effectively with the customer’s interests in mind.

proving bt’s value
Hayley recently embarked on an eight hour round trip to North Wales to interview one of BT’s satisfied customers. After seeing first-hand how the council benefits from BT’s Value Add services we wrote a case study designed to support the sales force in proving BT’s value to other councils, helping cement new deals.

2012 – 1000 days to go
As the official communications services partner for the London 2012 games, BT are holding an event at the impressive BT tower to celebrate 1000 days to go until the big kick off, to give other organisations a chance to think about whether they are fit for London 2012.

We’re happy to be supporting this exciting event by working with BT’s new EDM system to design, create and send email invitations in a cost-effective way. We also worked with the new system to create a micro site, drawing attendees in to find out more and ask any questions. Our aim is to entice the audience and ensure maximum attendance, so the email allows invitees to follow a link quickly on the invite to confirm they’re attending.

Communicating clearly with both customers and sales teams leads to success. If you’d like to share this success, call us on 01454 326 498.
