BT OneDesk Marketing needed their regular ‘reason to call’ monthly sales campaign to work even harder, helping their sales force have strong and effective conversations with customers that would overcome any credit crunch hurdles. Our response was to turn up the heat, making what was a monthly focus into a weekly one.

Listening to a radio-style call starts each focus week, boosting product knowledge and giving a firm steer on how to start the conversation with customers. Each product area is supported by easy-to-use reference collateral, giving the sales force everything they need to pick up the phone with confidence.

During a time of reorganisation and change for BT, we are happy to help by taking over coordination of all aspects of this project. We brief all speakers to produce a relaxed and informative call as well as create all collateral, plus a much enjoyed product quiz to check learning outcomes after the call.
